Winthrop completed the mechanical and electrical services contract to upgrade the existing mechanical and electrical systems of both the landlord shell and core systems and on the tenant floors. The building remained occupied throughout, and  the works were staged to facilitate the tenants continuity of business whilst  upgrading capacity on the MV, Chilled water & heating systems.

Works to include:

Installation of new MV/LV transformer, replacement of chilled water plant and full replacement of the trench heating and cooling on all floors to include replacement pipework, valves and controls. Risers were modified to reflect the upgraded landlord scheme. All electrical works in association with the upgrade works also included. The works were phased across each floor to maximize client occupancy and minimise client disruption throughout hte works program.
