This is the first 4MW extension to the original 4MW Phase 1 project completed in October 2020 in Enebakk, Norway.

The site has been master-planned for an ultimate total IT load of up to 40 MW in modular phased expansions of circa 4 MW each, in two separate developments on adjacent building lots. Each building has been planned for a total of 20MW in five equal phases.
The Winthrop scope includes a full Engineering / Procurement / Construction (EPC) role including all Architectural, Civil, Structural and Building Services elements as well as the procurement of municipal permission.

The site required extensive blasting and rock excavation and removal which was completed for the full site within Phase 1.
Phase 2, comprises a single data hall housing server cabinets with a full load demand of 4MW, serviced by external modular electrical switchrooms UPS and Generator Strings, and side wall entry indirect adiabatic cooling air handling units.

Fully rated dual electrical utility connections service the development in addition to dual water supplies and multiple data service provider connections.
