Projektin Tila – käynnissä

Maanrakennus- ja perustustyöt ovat käynnissä.
Teräsrungon asennus on käynnissä.
Perustusten valutyöt ovat käynnissä.
Rakennuksen ulkovaipan asennus on käynnissä.
Paalutus ja louhinta jatkuvat pohjoisella tontilla.
Rakennuksen lattialaattojen valutyöt on aloitettu.

Tärinä- ja melutasoa seurataan jatkuvin mittauksin. Työt suoritetaan tarkasti meluilmoituksen sallimien raja-arvojen mukaisesti.

Project Status – In progress

Earthworks and foundation work are underway.
Steel frame installation in progress.
Casting work on the foundations is underway.
The installation of the building’s exterior envelope is underway.
Piling and excavation work will continue on the northern plot.
The casting of the floor slabs has begun.

Vibration and noise levels are monitored through continuous measurements. The work will be carried out strictly in accordance with the limit values allowed by the noise notification.
