Description of Works
This is a project for a Global Colocation Client and is a dedicated Mark II Hyperscale multistorey facility.
A 28.8MW facility (scalable to 33.6MW), comprises of 3 floors of whitespace, a front of house/back of house with customer and Client office space, storage and logistics.
Phase 1 has been completed with the remaining Phase 2, 14.4MW currently under construction.
