Construction and fitout of a turnkey Data Centre in 2 phases incorporating 12 MW per phase. Includes the demolition of existing warehouse while retaining external envelope. Internal piling to install new steel frame for roof and external piling for steel frame generator and E-Mod farm. New roof installation to carry mechanical cooling condensers. Internally consists of 4 data halls and 4 IDF’s incorporating modular insulated walls and RAF to 1.2M. existing office to be converted to 2 additional offices space and 2 secure storage areas to client requirements.
