Winthrop are pleased to announce the appointment of three Non-Executive Directors to the Board. Michael Cawley (Chairman), Conor Roche and Paul Lynch.
The three existing Directors Barry English, Anne Dooley and Bernard Keane will continue with Anne as Chief Executive Officer and Bernard as Managing Director.
The Operations Management Team have also been strengthened by the appointment of four Operations Directors, Aiden Fallon, Noel Molloy, Tom O’Hare and Peter O’Flaherty. Together with our CFO Padraig Carley, the company is well positioned to continue our strong turnkey Data Centre delivery record and look forward to continued company growth.
