Recently, the Winthrop team in Helsinki launched a charity campaign in support of the local mental health organization, EMY.
With the campaign slogan “Game On for EMY: Tackling Mental Health Together,” the event combined a love of sport with a powerful cause—raising awareness and funds for mental health in our community.
Contractors from Helsinki sites were invited to participate, with 15 teams joining the tournament, including three representing Winthrop. The matches brought some fierce competition, especially between our own teams.
Played across two leagues, the tournament saw two Winthrop teams reach the semifinals, though the final win went to another contractor this time.
Well done to everyone involved in organising this great event and those who participated on the day.
