Last week, Winthrop Technologies was delighted to welcome the first of our September graduates to the team. 11 graduates attended the induction week, with a further 6 joining over the next few weeks, bringing our graduate total for 2023 to 26.
These talented graduates have been spending the week getting to know the company and each other while learning more about the industry and Winthrop’s role as a premier provider of turnkey digital infrastructure.
During the busy week, the graduates attended site visits to our Dublin DC campuses, with full presentations and walk downs, membership sessions with Engineers Ireland, Health & Safety training, and presentations on data centres.
The graduates also got to know each other as well as managers with a breakfast morning, icebreaker sessions, as well as off-site team building activities in Dublin.
Just like our June graduates, the group has been taking to the organisation extremely well, and we’re delighted to help them grow and contribute within Winthrop and the industry at large.
