We are proud to share that members of the Winthrop team in Frankfurt recently participated in a vital Tree Planting event in Dietzenbach, reinforcing our commitment to environmental sustainability.
The initiative focused on the ecological restoration of the Eulerwald, a forest area that suffered severe damage from a windstorm in 2019. As part of this ongoing recovery project, 1,500 new sessile oaks and hornbeams were planted. This specific selection of tree species is strategically intended to cultivate a more climate-resilient and sustainable forest ecosystem for the region.
We were also privileged to be joined onsite by the Mayor of Dietzenbach, Dieter Lang, who stood alongside our team to support the initiative. Thank you to Deutschland Forstet Auf gUG for organizing the event, and to our Frankfurt colleagues for their outstanding contribution to regional climate protection.
