Now that our graduates have settled into their roles across Europe, we’re delighted to officially welcome the 2025 Graduate Group to Winthrop.
Last month, the group came together in our Ballymount office for their first development week. Across the week, they learned about professional effectiveness, how data centres work, communicating with impact, time and energy management, and what it means to work as part of a strong team.
Anne and Bernard also met with the group, sharing insights into the business. The graduates also had the chance to visit DUB04/05 and see a live site in action, which was a key moment in connecting their learning to the real work we deliver every day.
We are excited to see how they grow over the coming months and the contributions they will bring to their teams and projects.
